THE HEART BEHIND MY WORK

As a young girl, I liked to ask my parents about their early memories of falling in love. When possible they would pull out old photos to share the story with me. No matter how many times they told the story, I was always ready to hear it again. Those photos were my little window into time. I found that all the little things leading to their proposal were so enchanting. It was the blossoming of their subtle but undeniable affection - a percolating love story in the making. One that I still look back on and cherish generations later!

As an intimate wedding photographer, the story, the moments between “the moments”, and the connection I’m able to form with each client is what makes this type of work so fulfilling and special. We all long for the rich moments and beautiful details that important days hold (and trust me, I’m all about the details!), but I know marriage stands for much more - the culmination of a unique and a yet to be told story that stands the test of time.
